We're Upgrading!
Please note: We will be upgrading the EITA Portal and training site during the first week of July. Our training site will be down June 30th at 12:00 pm-July 10th at 8:00 am. All pre-registration courses must be completed by 12 pm June 30th. Self-enrollment courses will temporarily close at 12pm on June 30th. Self-enrollment courses can be resumed on July 10th.

Behind the scenes our Learning and Development team will be working to ensure that all courses and job aids are compatible within the new framework. Be on the lookout for our new FAQ page and Help videos to get you headed in the right direction with this exciting upgrade. And of course, if you need any help, please contact us through the help desk.

We are here to help you on weekdays from 8am – 4pm and will be happy to assist you in finding the information you need to successfully navigate our courses and online learning objects in a timely manner. Before submitting a question please take a moment to check out our knowledgebase of frequently asked questions, or use the search feature, to see if your issue(s) is listed. If your issue is not listed, please submit your question through our Help Desk system. If you do not receive a reply within 24 hours from submitting your ticket (other than on weekends), please create a new ticket and let us know.
